We've been taking pictures of a swim team this season. It was been a very interesting and exciting experience for us. Once a kid goes in the water we find ourselves analyzing his or her movement to be able to anticipate the right moment to press the button and take the picture. A second too late and you loose the expression and the face goes again in the water. Time goes by very fast. Once we come home, it is very gratifying to look at the pictures and see all these cool shots where texture of the water is a key component. Capturing drops of water in the air, the waves that swimmers make in their path, the coordination of the movement of the swimmer's body, etc is awesome.
